Step 1 of 8
Welcome to BidScope AI
A Google Ads decision system — not just a dashboard. Here's what you need to know before you start.
🧠 What BidScope Is
BidScope is a Google Ads decision system — it combines multiple data sources, applies rules-based AI logic, generates decisions with evidence, and produces an approval-based export workflow. You review every decision before anything touches your account.
📊 What BidScope Is NOT
BidScope is not an autopilot. It does not automatically change bids, pause keywords, or upload anything. There is no AI that touches your account without your approval. You remain in full control at every step.
🔗 What BidScope Combines
📢 Google Ads
Spend, keywords, impressions, CTR, QS, bid data
📈 Google Analytics 4
Sessions, CVR, bounce rate, funnel drop-off, geo data
👁️ Microsoft Clarity
Rage clicks, dead clicks, scroll depth, session recordings
📞 Leads Gear
Call tracking, missed calls, GCLID attribution, DNI
💰 CRM
Jobs booked, revenue, true ROAS, win rate
🔍 GSC + PageSpeed
Organic presence, Core Web Vitals, page load speed
🎯 Who BidScope Is For
UAE roadside and auto services businesses (and similar local services) running Google Ads — where lead quality, call tracking, and cost-per-job matter more than click-through rate. BidScope is designed for operators who want evidence-based decisions, not vanity metrics.
Step 2 of 8
How the Decision System Works
Data flows through 8 engine modules from raw inputs to an approved, exportable CSV — nothing reaches Google Ads without your sign-off.

⚙️ Rules Engine
Applies 50+ configurable rules across spend efficiency, keyword performance, bid logic, negative keyword gaps, Quality Score changes, and cross-source attribution anomalies. Each rule produces a decision with a confidence score (0–100) and an evidence bundle.
✅ Approval Queue
Every decision lands here first. You can view the full evidence trail, approve, reject, or defer. Only approved items move to the Export Center. Nothing is automatic. Every change is your decision.
📤 Export Center → Google Ads Editor
Approved items are packaged into a Google Ads Editor-compatible CSV. You open Google Ads Editor, import the CSV, review all changes in the Editor UI, then click Post. BidScope never touches your account directly.
Step 3 of 8
Data Sources Explained
BidScope combines 8 data sources. All are in mock/demo mode now. Real connections require Step 22 sign-off.

Step 4 of 8
Your Daily Workflow
BidScope is designed for a 15–30 minute morning routine. Here's the recommended flow from briefing to export.
Morning Routine — 15–30 min
1
🌅 Open Daily Briefing
Review the AI-generated morning summary: urgent issues, top opportunities, negatives to add, what's working. Generated at 06:00 from all connected data sources. Check the top 3 urgent items first.
2
🧠 Review Decision Center
Check AI-generated decisions sorted by urgency. Each decision shows: rule name, confidence score, evidence trail (Google Ads + GA4 + Clarity + Leads Gear + CRM), estimated impact, and risk level.
3
🔍 Open Evidence Panel
Click any decision row to expand the full evidence panel — see exactly why BidScope made this recommendation, which data sources contributed, and what the counterfactual risk is. Never approve blind.
4
✅ Approve or Reject in Queue
Approved decisions move to the Export Center. Rejected decisions are dismissed with a log entry. High-confidence, low-risk items (negatives, small bid adjustments) can be bulk-approved. High-risk items require individual review.
5
📤 Export to Google Ads Editor CSV
Click "Export & Show Summary" in the Export Center. BidScope generates a rollback snapshot first, then packages all approved items into a Google Ads Editor-compatible CSV file.
6
🖥️ Import in Google Ads Editor
Open Google Ads Editor → File → Import → From CSV. Review all changes in the Editor's review panel. Make sure you agree with every change before posting. This is your last checkpoint.
7
📊 Check Results Next Morning
The next morning briefing will show the impact of yesterday's changes. Google Ads performance data typically updates within 3 hours. GA4 and Leads Gear update continuously. CRM data syncs daily.
Step 5 of 8
Safety & Governance
BidScope has multiple layers of protection between AI decisions and your Google Ads account.
Confidence Score (0–100)
Every decision includes a confidence score based on evidence quality, data volume, and rule reliability. Scores below 80 are flagged as low-confidence. You can filter the queue by confidence threshold. High-risk items require individual approval regardless of score.
Evidence Bundle
Each decision links back to its evidence: Google Ads search term data, GA4 session/CVR data, Clarity UX signals, Leads Gear call data, and CRM revenue — all cross-referenced. You see exactly what data drove the recommendation.
Approval Queue — Nothing Skips It
Every decision, regardless of confidence, must pass through the Approval Queue. There is no auto-approve mode. There is no scheduled automation. Every export requires a manual click from you.
Rollback Snapshot
Before generating any export CSV, BidScope saves a rollback snapshot — a record of the pre-change account state. If a change produces unexpected results, you have a reference point to revert from in Google Ads Editor.
No Direct Write Automation
BidScope has zero Google Ads API write access. There is no Google Ads API OAuth token. No changes are pushed programmatically. The only path to your account is: CSV → Google Ads Editor → your review → your Post click.
No API Keys Stored
This application stores zero API keys, credentials, or authentication tokens. All engine logic runs client-side in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server. No data leaves your browser session.
Paid Tools Disabled by Default
All optional paid tools (DataForSEO, AI API, call transcription, uptime monitor) are disabled and set to enabled: false. They will not activate or incur costs until you explicitly enable them after completing Step 22.
Step 6 of 8
$100/Month Optional Tools
BidScope runs on free APIs. If you want enhanced intelligence, an optional $100/month paid layer can be enabled after Step 22 — never before.
